Helping founders, business owners, and creative leaders get their time back has been my thing since 2008.
I didn’t set out to start a business back then; I just enjoyed helping. I said yes to one role, then another, and before long, I became the person people called when they needed things done.
I spent many of those early years in financial publishing, where deadlines don’t move, accuracy matters, and no two days look the same. Since then, I’ve worked across various industries, including law, church ministry, media, photography, SEO, tech, and more. Some days, that means managing inboxes and calendars, editing documents, or building systems from scratch. Other days, it’s handling sensitive HR or finance tasks, processing paperwork, or keeping projects moving. The kind of work that has to happen, but doesn’t need to live in your head anymore.
The messy middle. The daily maintenance. The decisions that need context and care. That’s where I do my best work.
I work directly with founders and executives, not through departments or middle managers. Most of my clients don’t need another person to manage, they need someone who can handle the legwork once the decisions are made. That’s where I come in. I ask smart questions, stay close, and take ownership. No hand-holding required — just access, trust, and a clear sense of what matters most.

I’m based in Central Texas and offer in-person support within an hour of 78644, along with remote support wherever you are.

When I’m not working, I’m with my family, cheering on the Packers (Go Pack, go!), or tending to my ever-growing jungle of houseplants. I like a full life, and I make sure my clients have space for theirs too.
